Instructions:
To add a player to your team follow these steps:
1) Try to find the player in the database. When search, just enter the
first few letters to avoid misspellings.
Example: Just enter "St" for Steve because the
actualy player record could be Steve, Steven, Stephen, Stephan etc. The
same goes for last Name. For instance, MacDonald could be McDonald.
To Find Clint MacDonald you would search for "Cl"
in the first name and just the "M" in the last name.
2) If you can not find the player AND ONLY IF YOU CAN NOT FIND THE PLAYER, you
can add a new record. All new records are subject to verification.
If the player has played soccer in the SWRSA region, it is likely they are in
the database. Hint: The add new Player link is under the search
results (sort of hidden so you only use it after searching, lol)
3) To update a player that is already in the database, add them to
your team, and then use the edit
 icon to edit the
players information. (NOTE: Name can NOT be editted later, so get them
right the first time. Only the players themselves can edit their names.) |
